The Advocates Remuneration Order provides for the fees advocates should charge in certain matters. Where a matter falls within the stipulation of the Advocates Remuneration Order, we only charge the scale fees. Most conveyancing and court briefs are governed by the Advocates Remuneration Order.

For matters not governed by the Advocates Remuneration Order, we normally charge on agreed rates as long as the same are in accordance with the law. Being cognizant of the high costs of legal services, we strive to agree with our clients on optimum and competitive fees structures on all retainers.
